Sam and his team renovated our main bathroom in 1995 so when we wanted our ensuite renovated in June we were so pleased to see that the business was still going.

Nothing has changed, still a friendly professional business. One week and they were finished. Rocko, Cameron and John were so friendly and Sam came every morning to see how the job was going.

The last photo is the renovation Sam and his team did 28 years ago. I still love it.

The tiler, Abs and his partner did a wonderful job, even though he is a sub contractor, he still has the same professional and friendly attitude.
On the first day the team introduced themselves to us and explained what they were going to do that day. Each day we were told what was happening. It was actually a pity when they were finished. I have been and will continue to recommend Upgrade Bathrooms to anyone who is thinking of renovating anything in their home.

I could not recommend Sam and his team anymore. From the initial inspection and quote through the whole remodel process, they were completely professional.

We paid twice as much as we budgeted for and we are so glad we did because the finished product is worth every cent. We were fooling ourselves on price and having watched the team work flat out for a week I can't begin to imagine how others would have done it for less, let alone just one or two guys. We will enjoy our bathroom for decades to come, the quality of the work and finish is first class. Sam and Rocco and his team worked like robots, flat out the whole time. They all introduced themselves, shook my hand and went to work; a nice way to begin having four strangers in your home for a week. Sam was awesome; from turning up for the initial consultation and quote (many never did), turning up on time (see previous aside) and giving us what we were promised and paid for. We used to have an ancient, grotty, very embarrassing bathroom; now we have a sleek, modern and functional unit we drag friends in off the street and make them poo! OK, I'm exaggerating but we are so glad we chose Sam. Yes, he was more than other quotes but he was the only guy who actually turned up and quoted on the spot! He also 'upsold' us to a change in layout and it was worth every cent of the few extra grand it cost… and then some. The bathroom is such a crucial part of the home, don't cut corners, don't go with the cheapest quote. Go with the value, the quality and Upgrade!

Recently had Rocky, Johnny & Cameron renovate out bathroom & toilet. From first meeting Sam through to completion of the job they were 100% professional, polite & did a super job. From a hideous DIY bathroom that was in the house when we bought it through to total makeover full of light, bright & WOW. Sam listened to what I wanted to achieve & I think it turned out better than what I was thinking. Love it all, they did a super job & we are so happy with the end results!
